Yes, the band will liaise with your function co-ordinator & MC throughout the evening to ensure everything runs smooth and seamless.

Yes, you definitely need an MC to make sure your event runs smooth and on time. We can provide a professional MC service at a fraction of the price of an independent MC.

Yes, we can provide various options to suit your needs (extra fee applies).

Depending on the band size, a stage area of 2 x 4 meters is generally adequate for our performance.

We’re able to set up the whole band within 60 minutes.  Our policy is to be setup & sound checked at least 30 minutes prior to your guests being seated.

Yes, we have a great range of Italian classics that are sure to please everyone!

We provide a selection of layback, non intrusive music during our breaks.  We also have iPod facilities if you prefer to bring your own music compilations to play through our sound system.

The band will generally perform ‘up to’ 4 x 45 min sets, based around formalities, speeches, meals service, etc.

Yes, we can certainly perform your bridal waltz live!  (minimum of 6 weeks notice required due to our heavy booking schedule).

A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking.

Due to the high demand for our services, we receive numerous enquiries on a weekly basis.  Once your deposit is received, all other potential bookings for your date are rejected, as we’ve committed our services to your event.  Deposits are non-refundable, but can be used for a future date.  Alternatively, if we are able to fill your date with another booking, we’d be more than happy to refund your full deposit.

Yes, we take requests and if there’s specific songs you’d like played from our song list, just email them and we’ll include as many of your favorites as possible on your day.  Please note that due to our heavy booking schedule, a minimum of 6 weeks notice is required to learn new songs which are not on our playlist.

The band will supply their own state of the art P.A. system with professional lighting suitable for events up to 500 people as part of your package.

The minimum size is a duo however, we can expand up to a 10 piece band.

Our members are fully committed to perform at your wedding and unless they are extremely sick, they will definitely be there to ensure the success of your wedding day!  In the extreme event where they’re just unable to perform, we have a large database of professional session musicians who are readily available to fill in for your event.
